VPN's with Netgear or Linksys.

I have a Freeswan VPN server set up at work. Remote access has been straight forward because most people have not used routers at home. This is now changing and I am wondering what product I could recommend for people to use at home.

I don't wish to offer a software solution because I do not wish to support a pc in someone's basement. I do want them to be able to connect to my server at work.

Any suggestions?
