I, too, had that experience when i worked for UPS. It was truly surreal
which websites would be blocked, and then unblocked, and then blocked
again. hotmail.com was blocked for some people yet not others.
Somehow, slashdot got redirected to the ups.com website for 2 weeks
straight. Its sickening how much money is wasted policing this stuff.
