from pop3 to imap. which server?

We're using courier-map, largely because it uses qmail-style
Maildir mailboxes allowing us to use multiple mail servers on
distributed home directories.  We've looked at various mail
clients, and found varying degrees of support for IMAP folder
management.  The most complete seems to be Mulberry, and its
webmail sister, Silkymail from http://www.cyrusoft.com/
