KDE question

I had a KDE crash while I was out of town (I think there may be a slow memory
leak in Konqueror), and it mucked up all my font settings. I have gone through
and reset them to acceptable fonts (they all had become tiny), except for the
names on the window icons in the tray at the bottom of the screen. I can't
find a menu anywhere that will let me reset those fonts, and right now they
look like about a 6 pt font, which is unreadable. What I'm talking about are
the little guys that represent the active windows, they have an icon, and a
label, and the labels are miniscule.
I'll hand edit the config file, if I knew where it was, but I'm totally
lost as to how to fix this.
