Compiling avifile

[Aaron Grewell]

That's great.  As I was trying to build it, I was thinking "no wonder this 
didn't come with my distro.  No vendor wants to QA this."  That's part of the 
reason I haven't installed it on anything recently.  Sounds like I need to 
give it another go.
