I was researching a product to see if it was compatible and they were
being very cagey about where it would run. "Works on any OS."
doesn't cut it, usually. So I went to the FAQ and found the
following "CLUE":
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Q: Why did the program lock up during playing?
A: Welcome to the imperfect world of computers. eyeQ has been
programmed to the highest standards of reliability, but occasionally
computers just "get tired" or "confused" and any program can lock up.
Press CONTROL+ALT+DELETE and a task manager window will appear. Find
the eyeQ program. If it says "not responding" then press "end task"
to stop the program and clear the problem.
PS: This works for all programs when they lock up your computer!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Computers get tired? No, only some sloppy OS's get tired. Oh, and my
experience is that they don't always say "Not Responding" when the
computer is "tired".
