Oh, wait. I found "Ctrl-Insert, Shift-Insert and Shift-Delete" much
more intuitive than "Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V, and Ctrl-X".
So how do you define intuitive? I had to give up the former in order to
use Linux. You want to talk standards? Try WordStar! You'll find that
Vi has some very WordStar-like control sequences.
