You can only create one certificate for a particular server.  If you
want to run different servers with different certificate names you
have to start another server on a non-standard port using a different
configuration file that points to a different certificate.

Easier to just use one fqdn (fully qualified domain name) for the
service.  If you have difficulty because of DNS, let me know.  I run a
number of split-horizon BIND servers for quite a few local companies. 
(They call it magic, I call it income.)  If you don't like bind, Bill
Campbell runs djbdns and it will also do split-horizon (though djb may
call it something else).
