Sorting email - procmail ?

Install UserMin from http://www.webmin.com
It is the User-equivalent to Webmin.  If you are wanting to do 
System-wide procmail, use Webmin, it's in there too.
Procmail is your best bet unless you are using a Sieve-oriented 
mailsystem like Cyrus.
