What's a computerless printer?

As for the camera, it kinda depends on what kind of quality & features
your wife wants.  You can get digital cameras these days for US$100 (or
less on sale), but the picture quality will be iffy, there will be a low
number of megapixels, and the featureset will be limited.  You could also
spend US$600 and get something that is top of the line.  Obviuosly
somewhere inbetween those price points is likely what your wife wants,
however that is likely to use almost all of the $350 you have budgeted.

That said, Olympus, Kodak & Canon make some fairly good quality digital
cameras these days.
