Congratulations!  You're thinking like a real systems administrator
rather than a suit (i.e., you've defined criteria important to you to
maintain a set of systems rather than gone with the the hype).  Good
luck, and don't let any naysayers on the list dissuade you.

Hmm.  Gone with the hype ... sounds like a good book title.  Think
I'll copywrong it.
