I'm lots of things but city slicker isn't one of them. Unfortunately I was
thinking about the Buffalo National River which (hopefully I'm not wrong
again) is under the National Park Service, Dept. of Interior. Didn't think
about about National Forests being different. And when it comes to the
gubmint, I'm definitely not willing to pay.
