Nope. They belong to the the cage provider.

They're not slaving off of us. We sent a note an then called them
to say "WTF?" when no one replied to the email. The explanation is
that when they set up a block of IPs, they set them all to notused.mumble
and then follow up with the customer to get the correct names. However,
as you can see, they missed that vital follow-up step and no one at
work ever checked, until we started having trouble.
