Debian, of course! :-)

I'd recommend Libranet, but they are being very slow about finishing 
their new release. I'm using debian 3 with the new (experimental?) 
installer and it's pretty sweet. Gnome 2.8. Xfce4. Ubuntu is nice, but a 
bit strange with no root, using sudo instead. Mepis is nice. Both debian 
based.

If you can stand the politics... (I don't care)
There have been many updates recently.
