Of course, the issue that SCO would like to raise is not whether Linux
exists, but whether it is an item that is distinguishable from what
they believe they own. And of course, they have learned to follow the
edict that if you repeat a lie often enough, someone (such as a jury)
might begin to think it is true. However, I submit that their
INVESTORS do not think it's true, based on the performance of their
stock over the last year.
