Accelerated X stop working

Hi all,
Two days ago, when I boot I didn't get a graphical login, instead a
normal text login. After reading some logs I saw that there was an error
in the XFree86 log:
...
(**) NVIDIA(0): Use of NVIDIA internal AGP requested
(--) NVIDIA(0): Linear framebuffer at 0xF0000000
(--) NVIDIA(0): MMIO registers at 0xFD000000
(EE) NVIDIA(0): Failed to initialize the NVIDIA kernel module!
(EE) NVIDIA(0): *** Aborting ***
(II) UnloadModule: "nvidia"
(II) UnloadModule: "vgahw"
(II) Unloading /usr/X11R6/lib/modules/libvgahw.a
(EE) Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration.
Fatal server error:
no screens found
...
I search some forums and I found that when several upgrades are made to
nvidia drivers then problems arise.
A common solution is to reinstall nvidia drivers or upgrade them to a
more recent version.
While I was considering this, I tried using the non-accelerated "nv"
driver wich comes with default XFree86 and then X came up again,
obviously with no acceleration. I changed the line:
Driver "nvidia"
by
Driver "nv"
And as I said X works again, so there is something I did... But I really
don't remember what, I haven't changed any file, or installed/upgraded
any package.
Any help would be very appreciated, and BTW I use Mandrake 10 Oficial,
(Standar Kenerl 2.6.3-7)
Chucho!
