Just received a call from a colleague that renamed a file via explorer and after doing so, the creation password no longer works.<br>
<br>
When he tries to IUA he is asked for a password - He cannot get passed this point!<br>
<br>
He tried renaming the file back to its original name but no luck, somewhere along the way, this got corrupted or overwritten.<br>
<br>
How can he fix this?  I would gladly assist him, but I always use fp provided utils tools to rename or copy files, never had an issue like this.<br>
<br>
