Hello all, I have an
issue that makes no sense to me thus I'm probably missing
something. I have a client that has an SCO 3.2.5.0.6 i386
system and filepro 4.05.08K7D4. All of the clients are Windows
7 boxes using an emulation package called AlphaCom. They run
formulas and small batches constantly and as a result do a lot
of screen printing to their main system printer. This has
worked very well for them until about 2 months ago they added a
Windows 10 PC to the mix. All the other PCs still work as
expected but the Windows 10 PC will not screen print at all. It
acts like it is printing but it never gets to the spooler or
printer. It never gives an error it just goes to the ether. I
tried upgrading the emulation package but that did not solve the
issue either. I am honestly stumped, yet I feel I am missing
something obvious. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
