Started by when the family business had a software programmer living in a rental house. And in lieu of paying a couple months rent he wrote a very simple accounts software program. He gave a me a nerdy young kid at the time a crash course in filepro, and said here are the disks and code go have fun. By the looks of some of the code and parts that didn’t work or were left-overs from his previous client, auto smash repairers.  And to say that those first years were hard was an understatement, as we didn’t have the internet so getting help was very hard. It was like going cap in hand and going back to him saying ... can you please help me?  So, when the internet come on the scene, I remember first joining John Esak 's online chat room and finding this group email list. So over the years it has been a lifeline for fixing bugs and bouncing ideas.<br>
