What seemed to be random wasn't.<br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1514374390692_8035"><br></div><div id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1514374390692_8036" dir="ltr">In writing a table to create a base 10 check digit I made a math error. <br></div><div dir="ltr"><br></div><div dir="ltr" id="yui_3_16_0_ym19_1_1514374390692_8073">The first 20 numbers of the scan line created a check digit.
