<div dir="ltr"><div>If there is one or two records which do not print properly, but all other records in the same file are perfect, then logic tells us that there is something inside one of the fields of the problem record. At the top of the form are the print codes:<br>
101< CG Times Font (Primary)<br>
119< set 12 Pt (Primary)<br>

From what my client tells me, all of the other labels print properly except for this one customer of his.<br>
<br>
The program has been printing labels properly for 15 years, even with the replacement of the printer.<br>
<br>
Usually I have used a 12 character per inch font with other clients using the same program.<br>
<br>
Any suggestions as to why only one customer record would have a problem printing and the other print properly?<br>
