<font face="Arial">The USP has been discussed many times but where
and when I cannot tell you. I just know we have many conversations
about it with customers who ask.<br>

I will check the website and make sure that it is available to the
search engine. I have already added it to the FAQ section of our
website.<br>

This might help.<br>

"fP Tech offers an Update Subscription Program for those desiring
to stay current on version releases even if those releases are in
development or have become an official release. Once enrolled in
the USP, your license will be updated automatically when every
developmental release of the next version is available. New
features being added will be completed and tested prior to the USP
release. In addition to the benefits of getting new features
prior to the major release of a version, the USP customer gets
credit for being a member of the program towards the next major
release at which time they will get it free if they have been in
the program for 3 years. USP customers also take priority in any
consideration and scheduling of new feature requests that they may
have. In addition, we continue to offer free support to all USP
customers as long as their contract remains current."<br>
<br>
Here is an example that may help.<br>
<br>
5.7.00 is released and a customer purchases the USP<br>
5.7.01 is released and that customer gets the release with the
development new features<br>
same with 5.7.02<br>
same with 5.7.03<br>
5.8.00 comes out and the release cycle was 3 years, then the
USP customer get 5.8.00 for free<br>
5.8.00 comes out and the release cycle was 2 years, then the
USP customer gets 5.8.00 at a 66% discount<br>
5.8.00 </font><font face="Arial"><font face="Arial">comes out
and the release cycle was 1 year, then the USP customer gets
5.8.00 at a 33% discount<br>
<br>
We have many customers on the USP contracts and we continue to
add them as they find this a great way to participate in the
development process and budget their updates. Most of the new
features in the next major release of filePro come from the
requests of this group.<br>

| Hello filePro customers

| We have released the latest version 5.8.02 in the Update Subscription

I do not recall anything about the "Update Subscription Program" being
posted here,
On the fptech web site, it isn't described either, there's just a note
to call up to discusss it.
