IIRC, just changing the edit type won't 'edit' the existing records, right?<br>

Changing a field's edit in ddefine will go through every existing record and apply the new edit.<br>
<br>
I'd strongly recommend making a backup first, and double-checking the new edit. Any existing records where the data fails the new edit will end up with a blank field.<span class="HOEnZb"><font color="#888888"><br>
