    <font face="Arial">If there are some unusual issues with the license
      management then we would want to know but yes, resetting the
      server clears everything back to normal. Very unusual to have that
      happen however.<br>
      On NIX there is no need to start the license manager.  You just
      need the license file.<br>
      On Windows, the install shield installs everything for you.<br>
