<div dir="ltr"><div>Good morning all</div><div><br></div><div>I'm going to be building a backup server that is kept offsite</div><div>I have exact matching Dell PowerEdge servers - our production system has 4 HDD total and the backup will have the same</div><div>Production server has two RAID 1 mirrors - one for OS and one for /u data</div><div><br></div><div>I've been reading about Clonezilla and the 'manual' work around that appears to work for RAID  cloning</div><div><br></div><div>Has anyone done this type thing and would you provide any pointers on how you accomplished it.</div><div>Both have Dell tape backups and we backup daily so I'm covered there</div><div>Weekly my plan is to restore backup tape from production server to the off site server to keep things parallel.....</div><div><br></div><div>Just looking for a little  guidance here</div><div>thanks</div><div><br></div><div>Scott</div><div>PDM</div><div><br></div></div>
