As I recall, that suppressed the color options.

Doesn't appear to be working with 5.7.0.4, but someone else reminds me that
the PV switch in fptermcap is the has-color capability (for FP, at least).
Alas, I'm using TERM=xterm and *it doesn't have that flag* in my fptermcap.
