<html><body><div style="color:#000; background-color:#fff; font-family:times new roman, new york, times, serif;font-size:12pt"><div>As some of you may have noticed from my postings, I have been trying to get our ERP system (written in MS SQL server) to update automatically to our filePro ODBC files. I am happy to say that with the great help from Robert Haussmann and Ken Brody I was able to write a process that copies my product file from ERP and updates the product file in filepro.</div><div> </div><div>I was most impressed with the speed. A 17,000 part file transferred in 45 seconds. This is on a 16 user system. When complete this will save me an hour a day.</div><div> </div><div>Because help and samples of processing on this topic were so hard to find, I am willing to send or post the processing for others who may have a need.</div><div> </div><div>If you would like to see it, send me a note (off list) and I will
send it. It will be in a week because I now must write 9 other processes for other tables. This should not take long as all I will have to do is change the table name and field names.</div><div> </div><div>Again many thanks to Bob and Ken.</div><div> </div><div>Rick Hane</div><div>Controller</div><div>Deluxe Stitcher Company Inc</div><div><a href="http://www.deluxestitcher.com/">http://www.deluxestitcher.com/</a></div><div> </div></div></body></html>
