Top post 'cause it's Friday afternoon.<br><br>You should be able to get your current drive # by typing dir as in<br><br>C:\ >dir junk<br> Volume in drive C is OS<br> Volume Serial Number is A123-D456 (your digits will be different)<br><br>Then go to http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb897436.aspx<br>Unzip and then run the Volume ID program with the serial numbers from your<br>old location ON THE NEW Computer.<br><br>If you have hot swap you have a drive array.
