><br>><br>> <br><br></div>Yes, you could do that. To avoid confusion I would not use "mdy//" as the name though as that looks like a typo to the casual observer. Also, if you do this you loose the "dateness" (Trade mark!) :-) You could no longer do date math directly, and sorting /selection would be messed up. So I would advise making the edit for data entry, but actually storing the end result in a mdy/ field.<br>
