it makes it seem that it should work fine with 16bit windows programs.<br>
At a bare minumum Win7 Pro and up versions include XP vm to run stuff
like this pretty good.<br>

Test 2 utilities I have used since dos days, these are .com programs and
they are incompatible with 64 bit Windows. You can't even create a shortcut
for these programs.
