I am brand new to lists. First thanks for being here. I just took over a job as an IT guy for a small company, and usually can help my self out with the assistance of google. I am fairly inexperienced with some of the complex things that i run into, but can find my way through to the end, and i'm learning a lot along the way. <BR>

My problem is with filePro. I'm not familiar with it or dos in general, and there in lays the problem. Using XP we have no problem using our estimating program, the computer is getting old and we are trying to move to win 7 with no luck on the filePro side so far. everything seems ok until entering the processing and i think sending it to the printer. <BR>

I can hit the hardcopy and it prints the error so the printer is working, so another problem?<BR>

New windows 7 dell optiplex 780<BR>
hp laserjet 1200 using a parallel port cable<BR>
