<p>A lot of the pcs I've had that just freeze up like that and then won't boot its normally one of two things that get it back up for me. 1) if a videocard is installed reseat it 2) reseat the simm chips memory. I've also taken the parts above out and cleaned them with a pencil eraser on the contacts at the edge of the card both sides and placed them back in the pc and normally boots ok. <br>
