screens", it is difficult to answer.<br><br>2 ideas come to mind immediately.<br>a) copy user-specific records (only) to a file or qualifier specific to<br>that user and give them access only to that<br>b) per another recent thread on this list - don't give them access to<br>
filePro's I/U/A menu at all, but instead have your own prompts and display<br>via lookup browse that you define in processing (where you can limit<br>records based on login) instead of fp's browse built into clerk.<br>
