<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I just discoed that my main client prints a report
that lists all the items that a client has purchased over the quarter. The
report is sorted by client and item number. The result is one large report
that breaks on client name. This report is then separated by hand and hand faxed
to each client.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>I am guessing that people have faced the faxing
from FP problem before, so I am soliciting suggestions. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>The system is DOS 4.7 ver. I can capture the
report as a file and move it over to a Win based PC for faxing if required. I
expect to write a Basic program that will separate the individual clients out of
the big report and save each one with a unique file name. That same program
will be able to capture the fax number and put that into a header of some sort
if required.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Essentially, I would like to find a Fax program
that will take a file, get the fax number from a header </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>and transmit the file with out additional user
intervention.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Can anyone offer some suggestions as to a direction
for me to pursue?</FONT></DIV>
