Ubuntu help (commands) - server

For #2 this link for some reason has been stuck to my chrome bookmarks that display below the address bar for over a decade I'd guess.

I'm going to guess it's trivial now but if you can't figure it out from the GUI, surely this still works.

I am at the command line of a character base system.  I am  logged into the server directly.
