Break key issue

@wlfad if: @sk = "BRKY"
THEN: EXIT
               If: @sk = "HOME"
Then:EXIT

The only time the program will exit is when the HOME key is pressed.  Break is not set to off. Any idea why pressing BEAK (ESC on my Windows computer) does not execute the EXIT?
