rebuilding all demand indexes like /appl/fp/dxmaint FName -ra -e

hi experts - how can i rebuild all demand indexes in 1 command line.

using, from the command line,       /appl/fp/dxmaint FName -ra -e      
works great for automatic indexes. I can not figure out how to use the 
listed switches (-A, -ln, -N, -S name and -Xn) to accomplish the same 
kind of results with on demand indexes.
