termcap hell

Trying using AlphaComm.

The scoansi emulation works great on Centos 6 and Centos 7.

There is a change needed if you are going to use it at the prompt for 
vi, sftp, etc.., but I am not sure what the changes is. I will ask my 
linux admin.

For filepro is work fine.
