Was the email actually -from- Adobe?  Did you check the Received: headers
to verify no phishing is going on?

Also...welcome to Adobe.  :b~~~

I subscribe to Creative Cloud.  I finally caved.  Their docs often suck,
and their customer service does appear to be next to non-existent.  Forums
are the only format in which I've seen support.
