Ken is not a list admin, so I'm not sure why you're running all this
through him.

Your DNS is fine.  Your blacklist record is not.

I suspect SORBS is probably the most likely reason you're screwed right
now, as I've never even heard of the other two on which your server is
listed.  SORBS is pretty big, though, so that's where the smart money is.

You need your IT folks to get their server in order, then get themselves
delisted.

If you get that sorted and still have issues, please email
postmaster at celestial.com and ask Bill Campbell to look at your issues.
He's the only one who will be able to authoritatively help you at that
point.
