I have fpWeb, but never used it for productive work.

Back in the 90's I wrote shims written in perl for connecting web pages to
Windows/SCO/FreeBSD version of filePro. If I were to do it today,
Today I probably would use one of Mark's tools

And contract him for the plumbing.

If you aren't in a rush, periodically Mark runs a super sale on his toolset.
You could wait (it might be never again though)...
