You did not mention if he had enough memory, or if he is running many
other applications.  Some users will open MS Word, and Excel, and 2-3
browser windows, then run filepro, when all they have is the miniumum
2GB of RAM.  Have hime reboot his system, and NOT open any other
programs. Then try his filepro routine.  If it works, then either he
needs more RAM, or fewer running programs. Remind him, that
minimizing a program is NOT the same as closing it.
Alos Win 7 64 manages memory differently than 32bit Vista.
