Harold, you indicated that the screen field being displayed is !cd. Is this a typo?
If it isn't, !cd is coming from either
Auto processing or @entsel. In either case you would need to know what real field is being referenced.
If you want to insure that the creation date of a record is never changed, add a real field to the record to store it. R
This will avoid any chance of the date changing if the record is copied somewhere. Of course the new record must get this field.
