Expanding Files

Need help with Expanding Files.

fp 5.0
windows xp
filepro & fp directory are in drive S (the server)

My batch file to start filepro:

set PATH=C:\windows\system32
set PFDSK=S
set PFDATA=
set PFPROG=S:
set PFDIR=S:
set pfnet=on
set PFMENU=S:\fp\menus
set PFGLOB=
set PFCONFIG=
p.exe

When Expanding Files:

                          ┌─────────────────────────┐
                          │ E X P A N D   F I L E S │
                          └─────────────────────────┘

                         Enter File Name: MCCustomer
                    The MCCustomer File Contains 3854 Records

                    Room For 0 More Records.

                    How Many Additional Records:

I can always add records through processing and Add Records, but not in Expand Files.

What should I do?
