What makes him think that filePro is 16-bit?  It's a full-fledged 32-bit 
Windows console application.

I don't think we still had a DOS version by 5.0.  What is the exact version 
number of dclerk?  In particular, does it end in "D3" or "D9"?  ("D3" would 
mean it's a 32-bit protected-mode MS-DOS program, whereas "D9" is the 
Windows version.)
