No.

Here's why:

When you run any console text program, filePro or otherwise, in Windows, and
you switch it to "Full Screen" (ctrl-Enter, I think it was; maybe Alt-Enter),
you're actually *switching the graphics adaptor* from whatever resolution it's
displaying windows at, to *text mode*.  Windows isn't capable of virtualizing 
text mode, so VNC or Goto can't even see that screen to virtualize it, and 
bring it to you.

The best you can do is modify the font size of your text windows to make them 
take up as much of the screen as possible.
