suggestions welcome for bar code scanning in WM5

I'm looking for suggestions on software to use in a Pocket PC running 
Windows Mobile (5.0) with a built-in bar code scanner to access a 
Windows Server version of filePro 5.0.

Going back through the last few year's archives of this list I found 
the Georgia Softworks suggestion several years back.  It looks like 
it can handle the bar code scan functionality and the two operating 
systems, but I'm wondering if the members of this list might be aware 
of other options that I didn't pick up on when I reviewed the archives.

This seems to be a viable alternative to dropping $2-$3,000 per 
scanner for a HandHeld/Symbol product. Any suggestions for other 
alternatives would be welcome.
