escaping idle users back to menu

Is there a way to 'force' users back to their last known menu selection?
Running SCO OpenServer filePro 5.6.07R4

We have about 60 users and they are bad at leaving records on their screens
while at break or lunch, etc.

Is there a way after 'x' amount of time to back them out of whatever record
they have pulled up on their screen and back out to their last menu prior to
entering the file they're in?

Not sure this can be done but thought I'd ask -
