Scott,
Suggest you update to 5.6.10 as this maintenance release fixed a number of
problems handling file sizes over 2GB.
Upgraded one client from 5.6.07 to .10 and one output selection on a file
over 3Gb which took 7 hours was down to 30 minutes.
This was on a Windows based system but the fix should apply to *nix also.
