Might we be told the version of SCO you are using?

I believe you can download Skunkware yourself at: 
http://www.sco.com/skunkware (you will still need to know your SCO version).

I think the Skunkware stuff is quite old (at least it was when I last 
looked ~5 years ago) so you might be better off going the source route - 
provided you can compile on SCO.
